Ensure all furniture is in its original condition and packaging, as we cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled or modified.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a professional courier collection or provide instructions for returning smaller items to our warehouse.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit, minus any applicable restocking and shipping fees.
